To Ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we have implemented a number of guidelines and procedures in store
1. We have put contactless hand sanatiser stations at the front of the store which customers are advised to use before entering
2. We have a uv specialist jewellery cleaner in both stores so any repairs taken in or any items tried on can be cleaned and disinfected before going back in the window
3. Staff will have access to visors, gloves, masks and sanatiser
4. We have implemented screens in each store
5. We have stickers, visuals and barrier systems set up as well as clear, concise signage.
6. We ask that all customers pay by card where possible
7. Special orders, deposits and repairs can also be paid for online and sent to you directly if required.

The spread of the Covid-19 virus has caused most businesses to alter their way of communicating and helping customers and, with the guidelines published by the U.K. government, we are no exception as we have had to close both stores until further notice.
However, our staff are still able to answer any queries through email via [email protected] and are trying to setup a phone line to take calls also. Any sales through our website will continue to go through as normal and delivery will be next working day or 2 working days maximum for all items that are not out of stock. We are taking every precaution with any deliveries coming in or going out.
Please note: The only items that are affected are wedding rings and Tungsten bands but all diamond jewellery and nomination are as normal
N.B. Any item that is out of stock, unfortunately will be as such for an extended period of time (possibly up to 2-3 months as our suppliers are currently also on lockdown)
Delivery will be via royal mail who are currently doing contactless delivery and taking every precaution to ensure the safety of themselves and you. ***Update*** Royal Mail have notified us that next day delivery will now be maximum of 2 working days which means
We will post any items either the same day or 1 working day from order using either signed for or special delivery which are normally next day but these could now take 2 working days to be delivered.
If you have special orders with us, they are safe and sound in our security safe. If you need something urgent, get in touch and we can look to arrange to get them to you within an agreed timeframe. Some special orders are in the middle of being made up by our suppliers and as such, will be with us as soon as everything is back up and running.
If you have a repair with us, it will be kept in our secure security safe and so you don't have to worry as we will simply get in touch as soon as the shop re-opens and we are able to give an update but again,if you need a repair urgently we can talk about a way to get it to you.
We have really tried and continue to try to bring as little disruption to our services as possible but as you can imagine, there will be some instances where it is simply out of our control and there is a delay. In this instance we will keep you updated with a time frame as soon as possible.
