Delivery & Returns
We deliver all our items using royal mails special delivery service which needs to be signed for upon delivery. We aim to dispatch your item within 1-2 working days except during busy times when this can extend to 3 working days.
Stock size items
Any rings that are purchased using the stock size and any pendant/earrings that are purchased before 12pm will be sent same day using royal mails special delivery service which is guaranteed next day. (requires a signature) Any items purchased after 12pm time will be sent the following working day.
To be sized items
Rings that are purchased with the to be sized option will need to go to our workshop to be professionally sized by our goldsmith, this takes approx. 2-3 weeks.
All our wedding rings are made to order, plain bands take approx. 3 weeks. Diamond set bands take up to 8 weeks for delivery. If you do need it quicker, call 01633 254735 to discuss.
All our items are sent using royal mails special delivery service which is guaranteed next day and does require a signature upon delivery.
We can arrange for Saturday delivery at a cost of £5.00
We also offer same day delivery for certain np and cf postcodes for a charge of £10.00, please contact us for availability before ordering. (Please note, delivery times are between 6pm and 9pm)
We go to every length to protect against fraud to ensure the safety of our customers and our business. we operate a series of automatic checks but on some occasions, will need to contact you for further information before sending your item.
As you haven’t had the chance to view your item before purchase, we offer a 14 day refund policy on all stock sizes.
Many people aren’t sure of their finger size and its extremely difficult to find out your size without the ring there as your size will differ depending on the style of ring you choose. We recommend purchasing the stock size and then either popping into store to get measured and we will size your ring or make up a new one if needed (delivery times apply)
With our wedding rings, we have to order the ring in your particular size, metal etc. We still offer a 14 day refund window, however, we do charge a £35.00 re-stocking fee.
We also offer a 30 day exchange period where you can exchange your item for a different piece of jewellery or we an size your existing item free of charge providing it hasn’t been sized or engraved.
We can’t offer an exchange on earrings due to hygiene reasons or items that have been modified or personalised.
All returned items must be in its original packaging, unworn with any promotional gifts/vouchers and any other material that you received with your item.
We advise to return all items in a well wrapped bag using royal mails special delivery service so it’s tracked/traced and signed for.
If you would like to return an item, email us within 10 days of purchase and we will send you a returns form to fill out to ensure your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible. (this is optional but advisable, please put order number and name and address with your item if you don’t intend to fill out the returns form)
Depending on what credit/debit card company you use, refunds can take up to 14 days to process and turn up in your account.
You can return your item to us in store with your details. Your item and refund will then be processed within 2-4 working days after which you will receive a confirmation email (credit card processing times then apply)
We offer a 30 day exchange policy for items bought in store. We can exchange your item for a different piece of jewellery or give you a credit note to spend in either store providing the item is unworn and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
We can also professionally take your finger size and have your ring sized free of charge within 6 months of purchase.
