Delivery

All our items are sent via Royal Mail recorded or special delivery and are fully insured and tracked.

Covid-19 Update

Royal Mail are now using contactless delivery - This means that any next day delivery options that require a signature won't be left on your doorstep, they will simply knock your door and wait until you answer before leaving, as usual with signed for deliveries, if there is no answer, they will put a card through your door with further details.

Although we have to put our address on deliveries for insurance purposes, we don't put any other branding on our delivery parcels.

Wedding rings
All our wedding rings are made to order, plain bands take approx. 3 weeks. Diamond set bands take up to 8 weeks for delivery. If you do need it quicker, call 01633 254735 to discuss.

We go to every length to protect against fraud to ensure the safety of our customers and our business. we operate a series of automatic checks but on some occasions, will need to contact you for further information before sending your item.

Returns

Online purchases

As you haven’t had the chance to view your item before purchase, we offer a 14 day refund policy.

With rings, many people aren’t sure of their finger size and its extremely difficult to find out your size without the ring there as your size will differ depending on the style of ring you choose. We recommend purchasing the stock size and then either popping into store to get measured and we will size your ring or make up a new one if needed (delivery times apply)

We can alter the size of diamond rings complimentary for 1 year after the original purchase date (Once only, includes all items online but some exclusions apply instore)

With our wedding rings, we have to order the ring in your particular size, metal etc. We still offer a 14 day refund window, however, we do charge a 15% re-stocking fee.

We also offer a 30 day exchange period where you can exchange your item for a different piece of jewellery or we an size your existing item free of charge providing it hasn’t been sized or engraved (exclusions apply)

We can’t offer an exchange on earrings or items that have been modified or personalised.

All returned items must be in its original packaging, unworn with any promotional gifts/vouchers and any other material that you received with your item.

We advise to return all items in a well wrapped bag using royal mails special delivery service so it’s tracked/traced and signed for.

If you would like to return an item, email us within 10 days of purchase and we will send you a returns form to fill out to ensure your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible. (this is optional but advisable, please put order number and name and address with your item if you don’t intend to fill out the returns form)

Depending on what credit/debit card company you use, refunds can take up to 30 days to process and turn up in your account.

You can return your item to us in store with your details. Your item and refund will then be processed within 2-4 working days after which you will receive a confirmation email (credit card processing times then apply)

Instore Purchases
We offer a 30 day exchange policy for items bought in store. We can exchange your item for a different piece of jewellery or give you a credit note to spend in either store providing the item is unworn and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase
