Every Pre-owned piece that comes into us is professionally restored to as close to new as we can get it. often going through a rigid 3 step process.
1. We asses the item, noting any stones missing or irregularities
2. We then get our workshop to hand repair anything that needs attention. We Also get it hallmarked at this stage if needed
3. Every item is professionally cleaned by us using our polishing machine, ultrasonic and various other tools to ensure the very best finish.
Excellent Value
The New value is what that item would cost new today. Its also the value you should insure it for. We aim to price our pre-owned jewellery at least 35% below the new value, offering fantastic value for money.
Peace Of Mind
We offer a 12 month warranty on our pre-owned jewellery.
Once you've chosen your item of jewellery. We hope you'll love it as much as we do, however, if you don't, we have a 21 day refund policy (Online only, 30 day exchange instore).
We also send out each piece with an insurance valuation with the new value stated so its insured for the correct amount
